Robert Lewis – Chairman
Robert has been an international commercial pilot for 49 years, as well as an international financial consultant for 10. Specialized services under his belt include: US Government secret clearance, Federal Flight Deck Officer, and a Captain for the Obama International Presidential Campaign.
He is the recipient of the Aerial Achievement Medal from the United States Air Force. Robert was also contracted for Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neil’s International Tour, a contract Captain for Sheldon Adelson, and a First Officer on contract for Hilton Hotels, and Steve Wynn.
Robert is the Co-Founder, a precious metals supplier, developer of aviation services within Tanzania including passenger, freight, charter, and medical evacuation services.
Frederick Shindika – President
Frederick is a seasoned investment economist with the World Bank, industrialist, and book holder with the International Cotton Association.
In 2019, Frederick was awarded the Certificate of Distinction from World Bank Group for “Unlocking Investment and Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economics”. While working with the World Bank, Frederick was privileged to visit business missions in 38 countries and has fostered long-standing relationships with Heads of States, IMF, and European central banks.
As an accredited World Bank specialist in unlocking investment and financing in emerging markets and developing economies (EMDE’s) for the past 15 years, he had an integral part in identifying and structuring opportunities in family investment house, IFC, and MIGA of the World Bank.
Shawn Crandall – Director of Security & Logistics
Shawn attended Bowling Green State University and Central Texas College, and is retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer after a 20 year career specializing in reconnaissance.
He has been supporting the Oil and Gas industry with Aviation support in both North and South America before coming to North American Holdings.
He enjoys teaching firearm safety and personal security when he is not at work.

Wallace Mfuko – Corporate Counsel
Wallace has over 15 years of legal experience in advising multinational corporations, banks, pension funds, and telecommunication companies. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Mzumbe University and a Post Graduate Diploma in legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
His career began in legal and economic research at the Economic Research Bureau (ERB) at the University of Dar es Salaam as an assistant researcher on legal policy issued in various research projects. He then went to to work for various think tanks including ESRF, REDET, and IRA.
He later joined KMS Attorneys in full time practice, where he served as an associate specializing in civil litigation, corporate, commercial, labor, and property law.
Tina Lindemann – Director of IT & Special Projects
Tina has a combined career of 30 years in Information Technology and digital forensics for law enforcement, with proficiency in application development.
She has a Masters Degree in IT with a focus on security, and another in IT Sciences. As an intern for the F.B.I. she was tasked with teaming up to orchestrate newer and more secure functionality for biometric core development. At the completion of the internship, Tina was recruited as a Digital Forensic Analyst. She can usually be found trying her hand out on experimental development projects, or researching everything she can find out about the latest and greatest practices.
She has a love of history, music, nature, and all things tech. Her first computer was built from a green box monitor and an IBM Selectric II typewriter, in the 6th grade.
Gabriel Rubin – Marketing & Customer Development
Gabriel Rubin was raised in Southern California. His father pioneered the study of African Art History and Anthropology and taught at U.C.L.A. He spent the first two years living among various tribes in Nigeria.
Living among different tribes he learned Housa as his first language, before English.
His career spans operation of multi-million-dollar equipment, with emphasis on personnel management, customer service, and both corporate and governmental regulatory compliance. Along the way, he studied finance and earned his Series 6 and 63 broker’s licenses.
